As at 12 March 2025Creditors are referred to the initial advice dated 6 March 2025 advising of our appointment and the upcoming meeting of creditors. If any creditor wishes to vote on the resolutions, they have until 5:00pm on 31 March 2025 to complete and submit to our office the proposal forms along with a completed proof of debt claim form.
Our office is currently conducting preliminary investigations into the Company’s affairs. A further update will be issued after the first meeting of creditors.
