I am in the process of obtaining the books and records of the company. Once I have received the books and records, I will complete a thorough investigation into the affairs of the company to:
• Secure and realise the company’s assets;
• Determine whether there are any potential recoveries from any party, including the director and associated parties;
• Determine whether there has been any void disposition of assets; and
• Determine whether any offences have been committed by the director and report these to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
A statutory report to creditors, which will outline the status of our investigations, will be issued within 3 months of the commencement of the liquidation.
